Sixer guard Allen Iverson will be out indefinitely so that he can be with his daughter Messiah who is very ill. Iverson previously missed five games and the All Star game due to attending to his daughter. Iverson will miss at least the remaining three games of Philadelphia's road trip and it may be longer if the condition of his daughter does not change. Sixers GM Ed Stefanski felt it was the best option to allow Iverson to deal with his family situation. Hopefully all will be well for his daughter.
