The Boston Celtics took care of business on the road as they turned back the home hosting Sixers 96-86. Kevin Garnett had a efficient night, scoring 22 points on 8-11 shooting from the field. Ray Allen chipped in 16 points and Paul Pierce was held in check getting only 7. Ranjo Rondo played well getting a double double with 16 points and 11 assist. The Celtics shot 50% from the field.

For the Sixers, Louis Williams was the high scorer finishing with 22 points. Elton Brand was solid contributing 17 points. Andre Iguodala recorded a decent all around game with 14 points, 9 assist and 3 rebounds. Rondo's big second half was too much for the Sixers to overcome. The Celtics display a strong team effort and some of there star players struggled. Next up for the Sixers will be a road test against the Toronto Raptors on Sunday afternoon. Game time will be 12:00 PM EST.
